Service Overview

LEDD Cabs provides taxi and cab booking services across India, including local travel, airport transfers, outstation trips, and long-distance journeys. All services are subject to availability and operational feasibility.

Booking & Confirmation

All bookings made through our website, mobile app, phone call, or WhatsApp are subject to confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive confirmation from LEDD Cabs via call, message, or email.

Pricing & Payments

Fares are calculated based on distance, duration, vehicle type, and applicable charges such as tolls, parking, and state taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices shared at the time of booking are indicative and may vary due to route changes, waiting time, or additional requests. Payments must be made using approved payment methods.

Cancellation & Modifications

Cancellations or booking changes should be made as early as possible. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation and service type. LEDD Cabs reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee where applicable.

Waiting Time Policy

For pickups, a standard waiting time is provided based on service type. Additional waiting beyond the free limit may be chargeable. Airport pickups may include waiting time adjustments based on flight delays.

User Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate booking details including pickup location, contact information, and travel requirements. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct will be the customer’s responsibility.

Driver & Vehicle Allocation

Vehicle models and drivers are assigned based on availability. In case of unavoidable circumstances, LEDD Cabs reserves the right to provide an alternative vehicle of similar category without prior notice.

Delays & Force Majeure

LEDD Cabs is not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by traffic conditions, weather, road closures, strikes, accidents, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

Safety & Conduct

Customers are expected to follow safety guidelines during the journey. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, illegal substances, or inappropriate behavior inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

LEDD Cabs shall not be held liable for loss of personal belongings, delays due to external factors, or indirect damages arising during the course of the journey.

All personal information shared during booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and using it only for service-related purposes.
